Standby Mode. On press and hold the power button on the bottom of the massager for three seconds to enter standby mode. The LED will turn on. 

Power ON: Changing Modes, Speeds press the power button on the massagers or the remote case to cycle through the 10 vibration modes. Power OFF - Press and hold the power button on the bottom of the massager or the remote case for three seconds to power off. The LED will turn off. Standby Mode OFF - To turn standby mode off, press and hold the power button on the bottom of the massager for 3 seconds or insert the massagers into the remote case.
