A beautiful soft neoprene padded collar with a 1 1/2" stainless steel loop and ring plus a durable locking system. Just try and get out of this puppy! Features grommet lined holes for added security. Lock & keys included. Will fit approx. 12"-18" neck. A great padded locking collar. Constructed out of our soft 5-7 oz black latigo leather lined with a soft neoprene padding.
