I wouldn't even bother purchasing this item. The first one i purchased was received in a timely manner, however he actual vibrating bullet is defective. We thought it might be the batteries (which come with the device) so we purchased brand NEW ones that didn't work either. I email support which promptly sent me a new one no charge, and with this one it is the same thing.... so now i have two defective devices. I am now convinced its the product and i didnt even bother replying that the 2nd one didn't work either because i didn't even want another one.. save your money and pick another product. I refuse to believe one will work after receiving 2 in a row that didn't!

this is our first c_ring was really good experience for both of us! the multi speed was great and easy to use would definitely recommend this to every couple!

Item would not work. I immediately suspected the batteries were dead. I checked them with a
multimeter and all 3 showed full charge. I then inspected the contacts inside and found them to be intact with nothing covering them. Therefore
the motor must be faulty.
